Grand Blanc Maison was designed by an HGTV host who spent over a year collecting artwork, sculptures, and Art Deco furnishings to create a specific look and feel. The black glass entry door opens into a Beverly Hills Hotel-inspired lobby and wet bar — the kind of arrival that tells guests immediately this is something different.
The great room with 18-foot ceilings and Rolex green walls looks fit for a presidential estate. Seven wet bars and nine stone fireplaces are positioned throughout the home for entertaining at any hour. The art gallery’s glass atrium ceiling filters natural light across paintings and sculptures. The primary suite has LaCantina doors that open directly to the pool, a separate sitting room with fireplace, wet bar, dual bathrooms, and a dressing room. The secondary suite overlooks the golf course with its own sitting room, wet bar, fireplace, and en suite bath.
