THINGS TO NOTE:
• We require a government-issued ID, a signed rental agreement, and a pool addendum from guests booking our property.
• No parties. No underage alcohol consumption or illegal drug use is allowed. No commercial activity including marijuana-related business allowed
• No visitors not on the reservation are allowed on the property at any time without the prior consent of the host

This is a large, 2-acre property that requires regular maintenance that will occur during your stay. The following staff will be on the property on their designated days and times: [Day of the week may change periodically]
• Light Housekeeping - Monday and Tuesday (approximately 3-5pm) empty garbage cans inside the home, take cans to curb/bring back onto the property, freshen up the home with light cleaning (may include dusting, mopping, dishes, beds, laundry, pool area, etc.. as needed)]
• Pool Cleaning and Maintenance: Tuesdays at approximately 11 am
• Pond/Waterfall: Maintenance twice a month on Mondays [Rodrigo]
• Landscape: Maintenance twice a month [Neto and team]
• Akela Pest Control: Once a month We use highly concentrated essential oils to control pests and minimize harm to the environment.
