The Villa is over 5,300 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 6 baths: perfect for two or three families traveling together or one large group. This unique beach home encompasses three floors with vaulted ceilings, curved staircases, and multiple view terraces and features the privacy that comes from having bedrooms and bathrooms on separate several floors.

The interior design is refined in its elegance and Tuscan style, and the furniture and luxurious appointments are beautifully matched with the finest materials: solid, designer cabinetry and furniture, crown molding, bull-nosed corners, exclusive Italian tiles, and two gas fireplaces.

With an open kitchen and a large patio with a new barbecue, quick and easy gourmet meals are a breeze. A spacious ocean-view patio with a gas fireplace and outdoor table and seating is a great place to relax and share meals together, and the family room with a flat-screen, and easy, relaxed seating provides the space to gather, relax and share stories after days of exploring and enjoying the beach and all that San Diego has to offer.
